Welcome New Faculty and Staff!

There are new faces and familiar ones in this year's "class" of new hires...

We caught some of our new colleagues for a photo just before the first all-employee meeting of the year yesterday, although the new folks have been at it since Monday.

From left, we'd like to welcome Lou Canelli, Rachel Mason, Lindsey Hunterwolf, Alison Baum, Mike Keim, Amara Cunningham, and Skyla Tennyson. Missing from the photo for a variety of good reasons are Michael Bodel, Noah Hoskins, Kaela Nadeau, Cai Xi Silver, and Rosie Smith. Among the many other things we do at boarding school, Rachel, Lindsey, and Mike Keim are teaching math. Lou teaches English and coaches boys' soccer. Michael Bodel will be working with Team Admission, soon as he's back from welcoming the latest addition to his family. Rosie and Kaela are taking care of our youngest students at the Elm Lea Child Care facility across from the horse barn. Noah, who's been here part-time for so long we feel silly welcoming him as a new hire, teaches history and coaches boys' lacrosse. Mike Keim, who is also a familiar face, returns to us married to Alison and with two fine sons in tow. Mike and Alison will be raising their boys in the Noyes dormitory, where Alison is dormhead. Cai Silver, a native of China, will teach our inaugural Chinese language and culture classes. Amara is also working with Team Admission as office manager and Skyla is working wonders in the business office as benefits and payroll coordinator. We can't wait for the students to begin arriving next week!
